Our long-standing attention for this topic has taught us how diversity and gender equality can work, and how this can result in excellence in teams and organizations. In our activities we measure up to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by Gielissen. With regard to this topic, we are referring specifically to “SDG 10: Reduce inequality”. First and foremost, at Gielissen we believe it is important that everyone can be themselves and that people are seen and valued as individuals.
